Hiring HR Manager for Prachin Buri location!

Our client is a global manufacturer of highly engineered sensing and control components, delivering the technologies, capabilities and creative solutions our customers rely on. They are looking for a HR Manager who will be responsible for local HR management, work with local management team for business target achievement, provide full support to Human Resources Director, Asia for HR policies and projects implementation.

 

Position Responsibilities

· Comprehensive HR Management: oversee all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner support, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR projects.

· Human Resource Strategy Planning: develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, refine policies and processes for compliance, and provide strategic support for major decisions.

· Talent Management & Acquisition: build talent development systems, conduct regular talent reviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

· Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract top talents. Manage recruitment marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., social media) and build relationships with universities and external organizations to promote company programs and internships.

· Learning & Development: partner with senior management to identify training needs and oversee the development and delivery of mandatory and developmental training, including digital and in-person sessions.

· Employee Engagement & Performance Management: implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance. Proactively address employee relations issues, ensure fair application of policies, and manage the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, feedback).

· Employee Experience Enhancement: collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes, ensure alignment with employee engagement and retention strategies, and create comprehensive process documentation and guidelines to standardize HR procedures.

· HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives: lead and support HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational development, change management, and continuous improvement in HR practices.

· Workload Forecasting & Staffing Planning: develop short- and long-term workload forecasts and staffing plans based on historical data and trends to meet service demands.

 

Position Requirements

·Education and Experience: bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 10 years of HR experience, with proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.

·Professional Skills: proficient in all HR modules, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

·Personal Attributes: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Strong organizational and coordination abilities, focus on results, high integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
